2. 수집하는 정보
당사는 귀하, 귀하의 기기, 그리고 귀하가 Mixroom과 함께 사용하기로 선택한 서비스 제공자로부터 정보를 수집합니다.
A. 귀하가 직접 제공하는 정보
이용하는 기능에 따라 다음을 포함할 수 있습니다:
- 이메일 주소, 사용자명/핸들, 비밀번호, 계정 ID 등 계정 자격증명 및 식별자;
- 표시 이름, 이름, 성, 자기소개, 아바타 URL 등 프로필 정보;
- 생년월일 또는 최소 연령 확인 등 연령 관련 가입 정보;
- 지원, 개인정보, 계정 요청을 포함한 당사와의 커뮤니케이션;
- 뉴스레터 수신 동의 여부 등 마케팅 환경설정;
- 프롬프트, 지원 메시지, 업로드에 추가한 메타데이터 등 귀하가 서비스를 통해 제출하기로 선택한 콘텐츠.
B. 자동으로 수집되는 정보
Mixroom 이용 시 다음을 수집할 수 있습니다:
- IP 주소, IP로부터 추론된 대략적 지역, 요청 타임스탬프, 리퍼러 URL, 사용자 에이전트 등 네트워크 및 요청 정보;
- 앱 버전, 플랫폼, 로케일, 환경, 기본 진단 데이터 등 기기 및 앱 정보;
- 기기 ID, 고유 ID, 세션 ID 등 분석 식별자;
- 분석 및 진단이 활성화된 경우 크래시, 오류, 성능 데이터;
- 화면 조회, 기능 사용, 첫 프로젝트 생성, 구매 흐름 이벤트 등 사용 이벤트;
- API 요청 메타데이터, 인증 시도, 속도 제한 이벤트, 서비스 상태 이벤트 등 보안 및 운영 로그.
C. 쿠키 및 유사 웹 기술
Mixroom 웹사이트 또는 웹 기반 흐름을 이용할 때, Mixroom과 서비스 제공자는 쿠키, 로컬 스토리지, SDK, 픽셀 및 유사 기술을 다음 목적으로 사용할 수 있습니다:
- 로그인 상태와 설정 유지;
- 트래픽, 제품 사용, 캠페인 효과 측정;
- 보안 유지, 남용 탐지, 사기 방지;
- 핵심 사이트 기능 지원.

D. AI 및 프로젝트 컨텍스트 데이터
Mixroom의 클라우드 AI 기능을 이용하면, Mixroom은 구조화된 요청을 백엔드 시스템과 모델 제공자에게 전송할 수 있습니다. 해당 요청에 포함될 수 있는 항목:
- 귀하의 프롬프트 및 제한된 최근 채팅 이력;
- BPM, 클립 파일명, 트랙 게인/팬, 이펙트명, 선택 항목, 오토메이션 대상 이름 및 ID, 경량 오디오 요약 통계 등 프로젝트 요약 데이터;
- 프로젝트 ID, AI 기능명 등 선택적 요청 메타데이터;
- 분석이 활성화된 경우 선택적 클라이언트 분석 컨텍스트.
현재 채팅 기반 클라우드 AI 흐름에서 원본 오디오 파일, 렌더링된 스템(stems), 파형/샘플 버퍼, 전체 프로젝트 파일, 플러그인 상태 blob은 해당 클라우드 채팅 경로로 전송되지 않습니다.
Mixroom 백엔드는 여러 대체 클라우드 AI 제공자를 지원하도록 설계되었습니다. 해당 운영 배포에서 Mixroom이 활성화한 제공자만 특정 클라우드 AI 요청을 처리합니다.
E. 미디어 및 기기 권한 데이터
미디어 관련 기능을 사용하기로 선택한 경우, Mixroom은 다음에 접근할 수 있습니다:
- 녹음을 위한 마이크 입력;
- 가져오기, 편집, 내보내기, 저장 또는 업로드하기로 선택한 사진, 비디오, 오디오 파일, 파일 시스템 선택 항목;
- Mixroom에 미디어를 기기 또는 사진 라이브러리에 다시 쓰도록 요청한 경우 저장된 내보내기 파일.
로컬 프로젝트와 미디어는 공유, 내보내기, 업로드 또는 온라인 기능 연결을 선택하지 않는 한 일반적으로 귀하의 기기에 남아 있습니다.
F. 결제 및 거래 데이터
유료 플랜이 제공되어 구매한 경우, 당사와 결제 관련 제공자는 다음을 처리할 수 있습니다:
- 구독 등급, 제공자, 권한(entitlement) 상태;
- 스토어 거래 또는 구매 검증 데이터;
- 제품 ID, 결제 주기, 가격, 통화, 복원 또는 관리 데이터;
- 사기 방지, 정산, 지원, 세무, 회계, 컴플라이언스에 필요한 제한된 기록.
G. 소셜 로그인 및 제3자 계정 데이터
제3자 서비스로 로그인하거나 연결하면, 당사는 해당 제공자로부터 계정 식별자, 이메일 주소, 표시 이름, 인증 상태 등 정보를 받을 수 있으며, 이는 해당 제공자의 자체 설정과 정책의 적용을 받습니다.
H. 선택적 제3자 업로드 데이터
선택적 플랫폼 업로드 기능을 사용하면, Mixroom은 귀하가 선택한 파일과 메타데이터를 대상 플랫폼에 전송할 수 있습니다. 예를 들어 YouTube 업로드 기능을 사용하는 경우, Google/YouTube는 업로드 수행에 필요한 선택된 비디오 파일, 썸네일, 제목, 설명, 공개 설정 및 관련 OAuth 자격증명을 받을 수 있습니다.

당사는 다음의 목적으로 정보를 사용합니다:
- 계정의 생성, 인증, 유지, 보안;
- 편집, 녹음, 내보내기, 공유, AI, 결제, 지원 기능 제공;
- Mixroom의 오디오, 비디오, AI, 분석, 계정 시스템의 운영 및 개선;
- 관련 설정을 활성화한 경우 제품 경험 개인화;
- 구매 처리, 권한 검증, 구독 복원, 결제 지원 관리;
- 로그, 속도 제한, 관련 보호 제어를 포함한 사기, 남용, 보안 사고, 자동화된 오남용, 과도한 사용, 약관 위반 방지;
- 법적 의무 준수 및 약정 이행;
- 서비스 메시지 송신 및, 허용되는 경우, 귀하가 요청하거나 동의한 제품 이메일 송신.

- 구독 처리, 검증, 복원, 정산, 관리를 위한 앱스토어, 결제 처리 업체, 결제 파트너;
- 소셜 로그인 또는 연결 계정 기능을 선택하는 경우 신원 제공자;
- 귀하가 콘텐츠를 업로드·공유·전송 요청하는 제3자 플랫폼;
- 법률, 규정, 법원 명령 또는 유효한 법적 절차가 요구하는 경우;
- 합병, 자금 조달, 인수, 구조조정, 자산 매각 또는 유사 거래와 관련된 경우;
- 귀하의 지시 또는 동의가 있는 경우.
6. 현재 수탁처리자 및 제3자 범주
Mixroom의 배포 구성과 이용 기능에 따라, Mixroom의 서비스 제공자 또는 연동 플랫폼에는 다음이 포함될 수 있습니다:
- Amazon Web Services (Cognito, API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch 등 포함);
- 제품 분석을 위한 PostHog;
- 크래시 및 오류 보고를 위한 Sentry;
- 앱 배포, 인앱 구매, 구매 검증, 구독 관리를 위한 Apple 및 Google;
- 귀하의 요청을 처리하는 백엔드에 대해 Mixroom이 활성화한 클라우드 AI 제공자에 따라 OpenAI, Anthropic 또는 Google 모델 서비스;
- 로그인 흐름을 위한 Google, Apple, Kakao;
- YouTube 업로드 워크플로우를 선택하는 경우 Google/YouTube.
제3자 제공자는 당사 정책 외에 자체 약관과 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 데이터를 처리합니다. 귀하의 배포 또는 요청 경로에서 현재 활성화된 클라우드 AI 제공자가 어디인지 알고 싶으시면 privacy@mixroom.ai로 문의해 주십시오.
7. 분석, 진단, 마케팅 선택
Mixroom에서 다음과 같은 개인정보 설정을 제어할 수 있습니다:
- 사용 분석 및 크래시 진단의 활성화 또는 비활성화;
- 개인정보의 내보내기, 정정, 삭제 요청;
- Mixroom 계정 삭제;
- 제공되는 경우 제품 이메일 환경설정 관리.
분석 및 크래시 진단을 비활성화하더라도 핵심 계정, 보안, 구독, 서비스 기능 제공에 필요한 데이터 처리는 비활성화되지 않습니다.
8. 데이터 보존
당사는 본 처리방침에 기술된 목적을 위해 합리적으로 필요한 기간 동안 개인정보를 보존합니다. 여기에는 서비스 제공, 보안 유지, 분쟁 해결, 약정 이행, 법적 의무 준수, 회계 및 세무 요구사항 지원이 포함됩니다.

- 계정 및 프로필 데이터: 삭제 시까지, 또는 법적·보안·백업 사유로 필요한 경우 그 이상;
- 결제 및 권한 기록: 정산, 사기 방지, 회계, 세무, 지원에 필요한 기간;

- 기기 로컬 데이터: 삭제, 초기화 또는 앱 제거 시까지 (운영체제 및 백업 설정에 따라 다름).
9. 국제 이전
Mixroom과 그 제공자는 귀하가 거주하는 국가 외의 국가에서 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 해당 국가는 다른 데이터 보호 규칙을 가질 수 있습니다. 필요한 경우 당사는 국경 간 이전 시 개인정보를 보호하기 위한 조치를 취합니다.
10. 보안
당사는 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 행정적, 기술적, 조직적 조치를 사용합니다. 여기에는 접근 제어, 적절한 경우 암호화, 로깅 및 모니터링, 사기 및 남용 탐지, 요청 검증, 속도 제한과 같은 자동화된 보호가 포함될 수 있습니다. 전송 또는 저장의 어떤 방법도 완전히 안전하지 않으며, 절대적인 보안을 보장할 수 없습니다.
11. 아동의 개인정보
Mixroom은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 법적으로 유효한 근거 없이 13세 미만 아동이 계정을 생성하거나 서비스를 이용하는 것을 의도하지 않습니다. 관련 법령을 위반하는 방식으로 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집했다는 사실을 알게 되면 해당 정보를 삭제하는 조치를 취합니다. 13세 미만 아동이 당사에 개인정보를 제공했다고 생각되시면 privacy@mixroom.ai로 문의해 주십시오.
12. 귀하의 요청
개인정보 요청을 제출하려면 privacy@mixroom.ai로 문의해 주십시오. 다음을 요청하실 수 있습니다:
- 특정 개인정보의 사본 제공;
- 부정확한 프로필 정보의 정정;
- Mixroom 계정 및 관련 Mixroom 측 기록의 삭제;
- 특정 데이터 처리 범주에 대한 설명.
요청을 완료하기 전에 신원 확인이 필요할 수 있습니다. 활성 유료 구독이 있는 경우, 계정 삭제 요청 전에 App Store, Google Play 또는 해당 웹 결제 포털에서 먼저 해지하셔야 합니다. Mixroom 계정 삭제만으로는 스토어 결제가 해지되지 않습니다.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Mixroom mobile app, desktop app, websites, account services, AI features, billing flows, and support interactions that link to or reference this policy.

We collect information from you, your device, and service providers you choose to use with Mixroom.
A. Information you provide directly
Depending on the feature you use, this may include:
- account credentials and identifiers, such as email address, username/handle, password, and account ID;
- profile information, such as display name, first name, last name, bio, and avatar URL;
- age-related signup information, including birthdate or a minimum-age check;
- communications with us, including support, privacy, and account requests;
- marketing preferences, such as newsletter opt-in status;
- content you choose to submit through the Services, such as prompts, support messages, or metadata you add to uploads.
B. Information collected automatically
When you use Mixroom, we may collect:
- network and request information, such as IP address, approximate region derived from IP, request timestamps, referrer URL, and user agent;
- device and app information, such as app version, platform, locale, environment, and basic diagnostic data;
- analytics identifiers, such as device ID, distinct ID, and session ID;
- crash, error, and performance data if analytics and diagnostics are enabled;
- usage events, such as screen views, feature use, first-project creation, and purchase flow events;
- security and operational logs, such as API request metadata, authentication attempts, rate-limit events, and service health events.
C. Cookies and similar web technologies
When you use Mixroom websites or web-based flows, Mixroom and service providers may use cookies, local storage, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to:
- keep you signed in and remember settings;
- measure traffic, product usage, and campaign effectiveness;
- maintain security, detect abuse, and help prevent fraud;
- support core site functionality.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, but blocking certain technologies may affect site functionality.
D. AI and project-context data
If you use Mixroom's cloud AI features, Mixroom may send a structured request to our backend systems and model providers. That request can include:
- your prompt and limited recent chat history;
- project summary data, such as BPM, clip file names, track gain/pan, effect names, selected items, automation target names and IDs, and lightweight audio summary statistics;
- optional request metadata such as project ID and AI feature name;
- optional client analytics context if analytics is enabled.
For Mixroom's current chat-driven cloud AI flow, raw audio files, rendered stems, waveform/sample buffers, the full project file, and plugin state blobs are not sent through that cloud chat path.
Mixroom's backend is designed to support multiple alternative cloud AI providers. Only the provider that Mixroom has actively enabled for the relevant production deployment will process a given cloud AI request.
E. Media and device-permission data
If you choose to use media-related features, Mixroom may access:
- microphone input for recording;
- photos, videos, audio files, and file-system selections that you choose to import, edit, export, save, or upload;
- saved exports if you ask Mixroom to write media back to your device or photo library.
Local projects and media generally remain on your device unless you choose to share, export, upload, or connect them to an online feature.
F. Billing and transaction data
If paid plans are offered and you purchase one, we and our payment-related providers may process:
- subscription tier, provider, and entitlement status;
- store transaction or purchase verification data;
- product ID, billing cycle, price, currency, and restore or management data;
- limited records needed for fraud prevention, reconciliation, support, tax, accounting, and compliance.
G. Social sign-in and third-party account data
If you sign in or connect a third-party service, we may receive information from that provider, such as your account identifier, email address, display name, and verification status, subject to that provider's own settings and policies.
H. Optional third-party upload data
If you use optional platform-upload features, Mixroom may send the files and metadata you choose to the destination platform. For example, if you use a YouTube upload feature, Google/YouTube may receive the selected video file, thumbnail, title, description, privacy setting, and related OAuth credentials needed to perform the upload.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- create, authenticate, maintain, and secure your account;
- provide editing, recording, export, sharing, AI, billing, and support features;
- operate and improve Mixroom's audio, video, AI, analytics, and account systems;
- personalize product experience where you have enabled relevant settings;
- process purchases, verify entitlements, restore subscriptions, and manage billing support;
- prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, automated misuse, excessive usage, and violations of our terms, including through logs, rate limits, and related protective controls;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements;
- send service messages and, where permitted, product emails you request or opt into.
4. Legal Bases and Regional Rights
Where required by applicable law, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
- performance of a contract with you;
- your consent;
- compliance with legal obligations;
- our legitimate interests in operating, securing, improving, and supporting the Services.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing of your personal data, or to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
If you are in a jurisdiction that gives you a right to appeal a privacy decision or to authorize an agent to make a request on your behalf, contact us and we will explain the available process.
5. How We Share Information
We may share information in the following circumstances:
- with service providers that help us operate Mixroom, such as cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, billing, and security vendors;
- with AI model and infrastructure providers when you use cloud AI features;
- with app stores, payment processors, and billing partners to process, verify, restore, reconcile, and manage subscriptions;
- with identity providers when you choose social sign-in or linked-account features;
- with third-party platforms when you ask us to upload, share, or transfer your content to them;
- if required by law, regulation, court order, or valid legal process;
- in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction;
- with your direction or consent.
6. Current Categories of Processors and Third Parties
Depending on Mixroom's deployment configuration and the features you use, Mixroom's service providers or integrated platforms may include:
- Amazon Web Services, including Cognito, API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, Secrets Manager, and CloudWatch;
- PostHog for product analytics;
- Sentry for crash and error reporting;
- Apple and Google for app distribution, in-app purchases, purchase verification, and subscription management;
- OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google model services, depending on which cloud AI provider Mixroom has actively configured for the backend handling your request;
- Google, Apple, and Kakao for sign-in flows;
- Google/YouTube if you choose an upload-to-YouTube workflow.
Third-party providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies in addition to ours. If you want to know which cloud AI provider is currently active for your deployment or request path, contact privacy@mixroom.ai.
7. Analytics, Diagnostics, and Marketing Choices
You can control certain privacy settings in Mixroom, including:
- enabling or disabling usage analytics and crash diagnostics;
- requesting export, correction, or deletion of personal data;
- deleting your Mixroom account;
- managing product email preferences where offered.
Disabling analytics and crash diagnostics does not disable data processing that is necessary to provide core account, security, subscription, or service functionality.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and support accounting and tax requirements.
Examples include:
- account and profile data, until deletion or longer where needed for legal, security, or backup purposes;
- billing and entitlement records, as needed for reconciliation, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, and support;
- support and privacy request records, as needed to respond and document the request;
- analytics, AI usage, and server, access, and security logs, for limited periods appropriate to product operations, security, abuse prevention, and debugging;
- device-local data, until you delete it, clear it, or uninstall the app, subject to your operating system and backup settings.
9. International Transfers
Mixroom and its providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection rules. Where required, we take steps intended to protect personal data during cross-border transfers.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. These measures may include access controls, encryption where appropriate, logging and monitoring, fraud and abuse detection, request validation, and automated protections such as rate limiting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's Privacy
Mixroom is not directed to children under 13, and we do not intend for children under 13 to create accounts or use the Services without a legally valid basis to do so. If we learn that we collected personal data from a child under 13 in a way that violates applicable law, we will take steps to delete that information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal data, contact privacy@mixroom.ai.
12. Your Requests
To submit a privacy request, contact privacy@mixroom.ai. You can ask us to:
- provide a copy of certain personal data;
- correct inaccurate profile information;
- delete your Mixroom account and associated Mixroom-side records;
- explain certain categories of data processing.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it first through the App Store, Google Play, or any applicable web billing portal before requesting account deletion, since deleting your Mixroom account does not itself cancel store billing.
We also publish a public deletion-request page at https://mixroom.ai/delete-account so users can initiate deletion without opening the app.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Services or by other appropriate means. The "Last updated" date above shows when this version became effective.
